Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for Sehathy Pro monthly access.

Monthly plan

Sehathy Pro is sold as a monthly digital service. Access starts after successful payment and activation.

Cancellation

You can stop using Sehathy Pro at any time. If recurring payments are enabled in the future, cancellation instructions will be provided before recurring billing is activated.

Refund window

If you paid accidentally, were charged incorrectly, or could not access Pro after payment, contact support within 7 days of payment. We will review and issue a refund where appropriate.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may not be available after substantial use of Pro features, PDF reports, AI insights, or where payment details do not match a valid Sehathy account.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.

Activation matching

Please enter the same WhatsApp phone number you use with Sehathy during payment so we can match and activate your Pro access quickly.
