We use this information to provide meal analysis, calorie and macro estimates, reminders, summaries, PDF reports, customer support, payment activation, service security, and product improvement.
Health and nutrition data
Sehathy provides wellness and nutrition coaching support. It is not a medical diagnosis or emergency service. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions or major diet changes.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Sehathy does not store your full card, UPI, bank, or wallet credentials.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers needed to operate WhatsApp messaging, AI analysis, hosting, analytics, payment processing, and customer support.
Data retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active or as needed for support, safety, legal, and accounting purposes. You can request deletion by messaging "reset my data" in WhatsApp or by contacting support.
